Pastors Elton and Gwendolyn Noel, provide leadership to the overall mission and vision of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries, Inc.

Following 2 Timothy 3:16-17 With prayer and guidance by the Holy Spirit they teach and preach the Word of God, provide guidance to God's  people, and oversee the administration of the day-to-day affairs of the church.

They both passionately lead by example, developing leaders and ensure the church is engaged in the ministry of evangelism, outreach, and discipleship.
