Pastor Gwendolyn Noel was ordained to serve as Co-Pastor of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries, Inc. on December 18, 2022. Earning a Master of Science degree in Management from Walden University she oversees the Administrative and Marketing area of the ministry. She supports the Senior Pastor in teaching, preaching, training and developing Ministry leaders.​

A strong advocate for the wellness of others both individuals and the family unit, she earned Master of Arts degree from Liberty University in Pastoral Counseling in Marriage and Family. Supporting several organizations, she is a former Board member and Instructor of Destined for Destiny Women's Institute where she taught wives "the Art of Marriage." She currently serves on the of Board for Love Embrace Inspire, Inc. an 501c3 organization focusing on the personal, spiritual and professional development of girls and young adults, K.O.T.A. (Keep Our Troops Alive) an organization to bring awareness to issues associated with depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and suicide idealization among military personnel and combat veterans. and founder of " Daughters of the King Women's Ministry where women can share their story in a safe environment and in April 2020 during the COVID Pandemic "Breakthrough Power of Prayer" was launched virtually every Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. EST on Facebook Live Broadcast. This broadcast is to provide encourage through the Word of God, pray for the needs of the others and a great time of fellowship with other believers through our online chat. Lady Gwendolyn says her greatest accomplishments is being married to her best friend, soul mate and husband Pastor Elton Noel, Sr. for 40+ years, being a mother of three and the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren.
